What happens if I lose my repeat list?

Write your full name and address and date of birth in capital

letters along with the medication you require on a piece of paper and

submit it in the normal way. There will be a new list on your next issue.

What if I need a medicine which I have had before but it has not been

put on repeat by the doctor?

If you request it in writing, giving the name, dose and strength we may

be able to ask the doctor without the need for a attendance. This wil be

at the doctor’s discretion and DOES NOT APPLY TO ANTIBIOTICS

FOR RECURRENT INFECTIONS.

Can I get a dentist or a hospital prescription dispensed at the surgery?

Yes, providing your are a dispensing patient, who fulfils the residential

requirements.

What happens if I need an urgent prescription at the end of an evening

surgery and the local chemist has closed at 06:00 pm?

If the dispensary is still open AND if the doctor thinks it is necessary,

we can dispense it for you as an emergency.
