are over 65 yrs, are a carer, pregnant, have a weak immune system due to no
spleen or splenic dysfunction, HIV, cancer, taking
high dose steroids, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or have any of the following
diseases:
Lung, Heart, Kidney or
Liver disease, Diabetes, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Motor Neuron
disease.
