Students: Occasionally we train nurses. If they are attending you will be informed before you see the nurse. Obviously, if you do not wish them to be present please inform the receptionist.  In the course of their training, surgeries may need to be videoed.  We will ask your permission before you are involved.

Telephone Time with your Nurse: Many queries can be dealt with by leaving a message for either the doctor or nurse e.g. if you have a query about your medication. The receptionists will take a message, record it for the attention of the nurse at the end of surgery and ask you to call back later in the day for an answer. If you do wish to speak to your nurse over the telephone, please try between noon and 12.30 p.m.  If she is still in surgery then the receptionist will take a message for her to call you back.
