| Community Midwives: |
Kelly Simpson is the
Community Midwife attached to the practice. She helps us to run the
antenatal clinics as well as organising the antenatal classes. Kelly
can be contacted through Heathfield Community Centre on 01435 865811.

| Link Nurse for the Elderly: |

| Community Psychiatric Nurses: |
There are two CPN’s attached to the practice, one for the under 65s and one for the over 65’s. Contact is made via referral from your GP.

Counsellor:

Fiona Calvert is the counsellor who is attached to our practice and based in our surgery. Our practice counsellor’s appointments are available via referral from your GP and are provided free of charge.

| Health Visitors: |
