Community Midwives:	Emma Chambers is the Community Midwife attached to the practice.  She helps us to run the antenatal clinics as well as organising the antenatal classes.  Emma can be contacted through Heathfield Community Centre on 01435 865811.
Community Nurses:	We have a team of Community Nurses attached to the practice and they can be contacted at the Community Centre. Phone number: 01435 865811.
Link Nurse for the Elderly:	Please phone the Heathfield Community Centre on 01435 865811 to find out who is allocated to be the link nurse to the elderly. This nurse specialises in care for the elderly.
Community Psychiatric Nurses:	Contact is made via referral from your GP.
Counsellor:	Fiona Calvert, MBACP (Snr. Accred) BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor is the counsellor who is attached to our practice and based in our surgery. Our practice counsellor’s appointments are available via referral from your GP and are provided free of charge.
Health Visitors:	Our health visitors are based at the Community Centre and are available between the hours of 8.30 to 10.30 a.m. and 4.00 to 5.00 p.m. Phone number: 01435 865811. They offer advice related to family health and promote health education. They carry out routine developmental checks and hearing tests, implement immunisation programmes for babies and children and discuss with parents any aspect of growth, feeding, sleeping and behaviour in the young.
