INTERNET APPOINTMENT BOOKING

We are pleased to announce, that in co-operation with our supplier, we are again able to provide a service that enables you to book and cancel appointments with your doctor on line.  

We are also pleased, that in co-operation with our supplier, we are now able to provide a service that enables you to book repeat medication on line within 3 months of the last issue date. This service will be run on a trial basis which could be withdrawn at the discretion of the Heathfield Surgery if problems arise.

For both services you will need to be 16 years or over and need to show a photo identification at your surgery so that to supply you with an access id form.
