We are proud to be able to offer our patients the convenience of an in-house dispensary. At the Firs Surgery our dispenser, Tansy Pearson, can help advise you on any problems related to prescriptions.

| Arrangements: |
The dispensary can
offer medication on prescription by a doctor or nurse practitioner to
the surgery’s own patients who live more than a mile from the nearest
chemist. This is a health authority ruling and it is not at the
discretion of the doctor. To qualify for this service you must complete
a Rural Dispensing Application Form for all members of your
family at the time of registration.

The dispensary is open for collection of dispensed prescriptions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 08:30 to 14:00 only, excluding Bank Holidays. Tansy Pearson will be in the dispensary during normal surgery hours.
